Characteristics of the "Vieilles Vignes"

 - Black grape.
 - 10 % of production.
 - Production 50 – 60 hectolitres / hectare.
 - Wine making process fermentation in vats
   for 8 – 10 days.

 -Bottling : 1 year after harvesting.

The taste of a " Vieilles Vignes "

The “ Vieilles Vignes “ gives us a ruby coloured wine, heavy in tannin and well structured. It has an elegant bouquet with the scent of blackcurrant.

The wine waiter recommends

 - Improves with age, can be stored
   for 5 – 6 years

 - Serve at a temperature of 16 °C.

To accompany :

                    - Red meats (tournedos, beef fillet,
               roast beef,…)

                    - Leg of lamb, venison, etc..)                 
                    - Chicken with truffles.
