Characteristics of a Rosé
 

 - Grape : Gamay and Pinot d’Aunis (black grape
  with white juice)

 - Production : 50 – 60 hectolitres / hectare
 - Wine produced at a low temperature,
  16 – 18 ° C after “bleeding” or pressing

 - Bottled : 6 months after harvest.

The taste of a Rosé

This salmon – coloured wine has a subtle taste, both light and fruity but still dry. It is sharply refreshing and thirst quenching.

The wine waiter recommends :

 - To be drunk within 2 years.
 - Serve at a temperature of 8 – 10 °C
 - Ideal for summer lunches, and barbecues with
  friends.
