 - Chenin and Chardonnay (white of white) grape.
 - Production : 50 – 60 hectolitres / hectare.
 - Champagne type method of production
   12 months.

The taste of the sparkling

The Sparkling, which has a subtlety and smoothness worthy of the great Touraine nobility is aged for 2 years in the cellars.

The wine waiter recommends

 - May be kept for 2 – 3 years.
 - Serve at a temperature of 6 °C.
 - As an aperitif : either on its own or in
   a cocktail.
