 - Black grape with white juice
 - 5 % of production.
 - Wine making process, 8 – 10 days
   of fermentation.

 - Bottling : 6 – 8 months after harvest.

The taste of a Pinot Noir

The subtlety of the Pinot Noir is characterised by roundness, smoothness and elegance along with a scent of morello cherry and a light gloss of summer cherry.

The wine waiter recommends

 - A wine to be drunk between 2 and 4 years
 - To be served at a temperature
   of 10 – 12 °C (cool)

 - A marvellous accompaniment to :

                    - Roast quail with chanterelles
                    - Young rabbit with prunes.
                    - Or simply those mild summer
               evenings.
