 - White grape.
 - 30 % of production.
 - Production 50 – 60 hectolitres / hectare.
 - Wine produced at low temperature, 16 – 18 °C
 - Bottling : 6 months after harvesting.

The taste of a Sauvignon

Sauvignon is always a dry wine with a powerful fragrance a harmonious blend of all the riches of the land with a delicate hint of muscatel. Connoisseurs will recognise the distinctive “ gun flint “ taste.

The wine waiter recommends

 - To be drunk within 2 years.
 - Serve at a temperature of 8 – 10 °C.

To accompany :

                    - Shellfish.
                    - Grilled or fried fish.
                    - Snails, asparagus…
