The taste of a Chardonnay

Chardonnay is a white wine rich in its sensuality, its natural oiliness the complexity of its aroma of citrus fruits, its passion and a hint of mineral to finish, all with a sheen of freshly cut straw.

The wine waiter recommends

 - To be drunk within 2 – 4 years.
 - Serve at a temperature of 8 – 10 °C
 - A wonderful accompaniment to :

                    - Fish in spicy sauces (turbot in
               mustard sauce)

                    - White meats (lemon chicken,
               curry of guinea- fowl)
             - Or simply as an aperitif.
